Eating Healthier with Kellogg's

Everyone these days is concerned with eating healthier. We all especially want our kids to eat healthier and take in all of the nutrients they need each day. One thing we can all use more of is fiber. Fiber helps control weight, keep the digestive system working well, plays a role in the health of your heart and can even reduce the risk of diabetes.
Kellogg's Froot Loops and Apple Jacks is making getting fiber in our kids a lot easier with their new fiber enhanced cereals. Same great taste, but with added fiber to keep your kids digestive system on the right track! To find out how much fiber is recommended on a daily basis, check out the Kellogg's Fiber Guide. You'll be surprised at how much you're really missing! But Froot Loops and Apple Jacks now offers a whopping 10% of the daily recommended amounts!

We had the opportunity to hold our own taste testing session to see if we could tell the difference between the regular cereals and the new fiber enhanced ones. When I hear added fiber, I tend to expected a box of sticks and cardboard flavored dullness. I was pleasantly surprised. I honestly could not tell a difference in taste!

Watch below to see what Kristin thought of regular Froot Loops vs Froot Loops w/Fiber.

And we can't leave Sarah out! She's trying out the new fiber enhanced Apple Jacks and loves them!

We were all impressed with the flavor of both cereals and every morning Kristin announces that she's having her Froot Loops with fiber! Once I explained what fiber is and how it benefits your body, she became very proud of eating a little bit healthier and was even prouder that healthy eating tastes so good!

"I wrote this review while participating in a blog tour campaign by Mom Central on behalf of Kellogg’s and received boxes of Froot Loops and Apple Jacks and a gift certificate to thank me for taking the time to participate."
